We have simplified our processes to make it easier for you. Our relationship begins with listening to what you want, and if you have any special requirements like working from home or having a studio that need to be incorporated. Do you like to entertain or simply like quiet comfortable places to relax?
Here are the eight steps to building a new home:
- The owner chooses a block of land he/she would like to buy. At this stage, we can check the block to determine if any real difficulties could arise from the shape or slope of the block.
- If the owner is satisfied with our initial report, the owner goes ahead and purchases the block. Or the owner may already have a block of land.
- The owner instructs Preece Construction to engage a surveyor to conduct a contour survey of the block and, if necessary, to take soil samples for testing.
- Preece Construction’s designer creates a custom design to suit the contours, site orientation and the client’s individual needs.
Develop a full schedule of costs for this design.- The owner signs all contractual documentation and completes the colour selection specification.
- Preece Construction submits all building applications and commences building works.
- On completion, hand the building over to the owner including any warranty documentation.
